PureLume™ Limited Warranty
At PureLume™, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority.
Every PureLume™ product is backed by a 30-day Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the date your order is delivered.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
• Functional defects that prevent normal operation
• Manufacturing or assembly faults
What It Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
• Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or use not in accordance with product guidelines
Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
1. Email our support team at support@purelume.co.uk within the warranty period.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit depending on stock availability.
PureLume™ reserves the right to determine whether a product issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

This Limited Warranty is offered directly by PureLume™ and is not a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
